For the YAR-PET scoring, I recommend calculating a mean score for each factor for each case. You can base this on the items and scales listed here: http://wilderdom.com/tools/leq/YouthDevelopmentLEQScalesPaperItems.htm

Item numbers are not given on this page because it is expected that in most cases, the selection of scales and items would be adjusted per study.
