Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories
and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
You must request a Return Authorization (RA) Number by contacting us either
by email or phone within 5 days of receiving the item, before returning any
item, defective or otherwise.
Returns must be sent pre-paid. No returns sent COD will be accepted.
We must receive the package within 2 weeks of requesting an RA. Any returned
package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender COD.
The returned item should include the RA number clearly labeled in the outside
of the package. Please include a note explaining the problem and the appropriate
"return shipping address".
A 20% restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if Store Credit is
requested (sorry, no cash refunds). Shipping and handling charges are always
non-refundable. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
Some of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. We agree, at our
option, to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 90 days
warranty period. All defects on merchandise not covered by the 90 days warranty
must be reported within 5 days of purchase. |
