  • Note - this lecture contains a large number of slides with graphs, so for the .doc handout I've only included the text-based slides to keep the file size manageable.  If you want to view all the images, graphs, tables, etc. and the associated notes, download the ppt file. 
  • If you want to print out 30 pages (with all 90 slides, including all the graphs and the associated notes), open the .ppt file, then:
    - ctrl-a (select all)
    - format - slide design - select a black and white style template (better for printing)
    - format - background - white - apply to all slides (overrides the black backgrounds set for some slides)
    - file - send to - MSO Word
    - This will create a document in Word - save it - it should be 30 pages , 70mb
