• Develop a research question
• Operationally define a construct
• Choose an appropriate sampling strategy
• Be able to develop a research questionnaire
• Prepare & enter survey data for analysis
• Choose & perform appropriate statistical analyses (univariate, bivariate and multivariate graphing, descriptives, reliability, validity, composite scores, factor analysis, MLR, advanced ANOVA)
• Interpret & report the analyses
